Eclipse EPLA plastic primer is a single-component primer applied to raw factory plastic bumpers to improve adhesion of the primer, sealer or basecoat that follows.
It is a clear liquid with a slight metallic-additive tint, which the supplier says makes spraying easier. Being 1K, it needs no activator.
