UltraFill Plastic is an elastic polyester filler made for plastic parts that flex in use, such as bumpers, trims and polypropylene components. It gives a durable, flexible repair that withstands impacts.
Use it on sanded and cleaned plastic, keeping each layer to 1–2 mm. Mix at 100:2–3, apply within 3–5 minutes and dry sand from P150 to P320, then continue with a plastic primer and normal refinish paints.
According to the data sheet it also bonds to steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and polyester.
