The 750 disc bonds ceramic grain onto a polyamide net instead of paper, closed coated and bonded resin over resin. The net takes up sanding dust for cleaner, near dust-free work, and clogging is kept to a minimum for better efficiency and finish.
The 150mm discs suit primer sanding and harder materials such as hardwood and solid surfaces. The 225mm and 406mm sizes are Smirdex’s construction formats for drywall and plasterboard.
Smirdex recommends multihole 960 backing pads and a 950 pad saver with the 150mm disc.
